In Interior Design and Decorating 30, students will gain an appreciation of the design fundamentals and learn how to apply them in diverse interior environments and public spaces. Students will learn how design is influenced by culture and its impact on society.
Students will learn how to use the elements and principles of design to solve design challenges. The activities and assignments are based on the students own design preferences. Students will be creating a hands-on upcycle sustainable design project, as well as designing an accessible public space as the final project.
