You will be introduced to intermediate level football concepts including the areas of injury management, nutrition, mental wellness, and team building.

Note: This course is available starting in the 2025-26 school year. Registration opens on March 3.

What Will I Learn?

  • This course takes an extensive look at officiating and the application of rules, as well as coaching principles such as strategy and game footage analysis.

  • You will also have the opportunity to exploring options to play football after high school.

  • While taking this course, you will benefit from access to a football coach or another knowledgeable mentor that can provide feedback, but this is not required.

  • This course can be adapted for flag football, upon request to your teacher.
