You will be introduced to intermediate level football concepts including the areas of injury management, nutrition, mental wellness, and team building.
Note: This course is available starting in the 2025-26 school year. Registration opens on March 3.
This course takes an extensive look at officiating and the application of rules, as well as coaching principles such as strategy and game footage analysis.
You will also have the opportunity to exploring options to play football after high school.
While taking this course, you will benefit from access to a football coach or another knowledgeable mentor that can provide feedback, but this is not required.
This course can be adapted for flag football, upon request to your teacher.
