You will learn how stories are told in audio and video media through hands-on creative projects and viewing logs. You will learn about media literacy and how to analyze and create stories in audio and visual mediums.

What Will I Learn?

Through this course, you will create your own audio play and two video shorts while becoming familiar with the four stages of media production:

  • pre-production

  • production

  • post-production

  • distribution

The course has been designed to be flexible for you to use a variety of tools. Once registered, you can work with your teacher to discuss if there are other tools you’d like to use beyond what is provided.
