What Will I Learn?

This course builds upon the skills learned in Autobody A20, with a continued emphasis on workplace safety practices. You will learn about vehicle restraint systems, how to repair specific types of plastic, how to estimate and price out repairs and how to properly measure to ensure an effective repair. You will learn how to mix, match, spray and paint vehicles.

This course consists of:

  • 50 hours of online theory

  • 50 hours of work placement coordinated by Sask DLC

Work placements provide students an opportunity to see if a trade might be right for them. This is only possible with the support of our partner Saskatchewan Association of Automotive Repairers.

All students, parents and mentors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our work placement policy.

We will do our best to find a local work placement; however, we may not be able to accommodate placements in all situations, and/or some travel may be required.
Travel is at the student’s expense. If you have questions about work placements or Sask DLC courses, email [email protected] or call our main office at 306-252-1000.
